LUXURY FOR LESS GUIDE: Better Than Fast Food
We are really good at making sure we make healthy choices for our kids. But when it comes to our own health as a Mom, are we taking care of ourselves? As Moms, the bigger the kids get, the busier the schedule is! Sometimes while we are out running errands and taking our kids to the next thing…we forget to take a moment to eat. Before we turn into the “hangry” Mom, sometimes we just grab something through a drive thru to just get some food in our bellies. While this might be a welcomed occasional idea in a pinch, we need to take care of ourselves too! If we pack healthy snack for our kids, why not for us too?
Here is my simple trick to having something healthy on hand to help ourselves with healthier options. It also helps save more money in the long run too!
Tip: Prepare healthy snacks in small grab and go containers for the week.
