LUXURY FOR LESS GUIDE: Neutral Fall Decor
Fall is quickly approaching! With schools starting, football games, cooler weather at night… it’s time to start getting ready for fall! I have some really great tips to help you decorate for fall that will last September, October, and November. It is such a wonderful transitional season!
Tip 1: Decorate with neutral, minimalist pieces.
- I love a good off-white, cream, or beige color with my decorations. It makes it easy to go with anything.
Tip 2: Accent with specific holiday items.
- Halloween: You can still make the spooky season a bit more fun by adding a few black spiders, skeletons, or a decorative bouquet of fall leaves in a vase. Keep it simple, keep it minimal, and you will still enjoy the holiday!
- Thanksgiving: Make a centerpiece with little pumpkins, leaves and some votive candles. Accent with a splash of gold and burnt orange and brown colors. You can even start subtly phasing in a little bit of Christmas with fairy lights laying out as garland across the table or around any decor.
I love using simple, neutral pieces to decorate for different seasons! When it comes to fall home decor, I love a space that feels cozy and warm. It’s really important to me that my decor doesn’t feel cluttered. A few simple decorations, pillows, and florals make all the difference. It’s also important to find affordable pieces to decorate with. You can have cozy, simple fall home decor without breaking the bank!

Neutral items can also have a splash of color added to them. For example, these marbled glass pumpkins are orange with a small amount of texture. This way adds a pop of color, but also sticks to having a simple and minimally decorated home.
I love having a cozy home for fall. I love the vibe that fall brings. It’s so simple to feel that luxury style in a simple decorative way!
