We just got back from Cabo and I can honestly say it was the best trip of my LIFE!!! Oh my goodness, y’all. I was feeling BURNED OUT in every area of my life and I feel so refreshed. I was just exhausted. I think it’s so important to REST and I started getting that panicky feeling as the time approached to leave. I thought to myself, it doesn’t need to be like that though. I need to create self care DAILY so I don’t get so burned out. I’ll keep you updated on what I do that works well for me.

WHAT I WORE FROM AMAZON

I got this classy top and bottom set (click here) in a small (runs slightly large) and it looks WAY more expensive than it actually is. I got the white color with black piping and it’s so classy! Wear it with a black bag and black flip flops and you’ll be the classiest girl on the beach!

This black and white crochet dress cover up (click here) fits so well, feels super high quality and is CLASSY. I love the colors (I got the striped black and white) and it comes in other fun colors, too. LOVE IT!

This beach bag (click here) is so incredible I got it in two colors (black and beige) to match with all of my swim cover ups. It can easily get wet and dry easily (which will happen at the beach or pool), is the perfect large size and is lightweight. It looks cute with any of the above outfits!

For these comfortable black flip flops click here (shown in the pic above) have over 12,000 reviews for good reason; I LOVE them. I’m super picky with shoes because I want them to be comfortable and I asked my followers on Instagram what sandals they recommended. These were the winners and I LOVE THEM. They run true to size (I got my true size 10), they are lightweight and are nice to wear with the cover ups above. I 10/10 recommend these and I’m so glad I got them for our trip. It comes in a lot of colors, and I got the color “beige.” It’s so classy and perfect for wearing to and from the pool or beach and provides enough coverage to go into stores if you need it. It runs true to size and a medium was perfect for me!

WHERE TO EAT

There are SO MANY incredible places to eat in Cabo and our favorite thing to do is try new places! I would highly recommend booking your reservations on the app Open Table because it makes it simple and you can also see reviews. Here are our top places we ate that I would recommend:

Acre
Flora Farm
El Huerto (all 3 of these thus far are farm to table and SO charming!! You can walk the grounds after eating)
Los Tres Gallos (get the shrimp tacos!! Authentic Mexican and SO good!)
Edith’s – this is downtown so there are some shops to walk around
Bagatelle – this place is a PARTY. If you like singing and dancing, this is your place!
Mako – the views are INSANE (you’re right on the edge of the pool then beach)

WHERE WE STAYED

We stay somewhere different each time, and this time we stayed at Solaz. It was luxury at it’s finest. The infinity pools are insane and so, so beautiful!! We have a Marriott friends and family code because one of family members has stock in Marriott development so we were able to save quite a bit of money because it’s definitely not inexpensive.
