My family loves the taste of homemade sourdough bread! A while ago, I found and modified a recipe that is super simple and so easy to make! You don’t have to knead it a ton and go through the lengths of care that a classic sourdough recipe needs. I’ve been making this sourdough bread for a while now and love to make extra to freeze for my family. I’d love to share my recipe below! It makes 2 loaves!
*Tip: I like to put my Bosch bowl on a scale and weigh by grams. Makes it easy and accurate!
When I bake this bread, I love to use these super cute ruffled loaf pans. I’m very intentional with what I purchase and use, and I love having multiples of these matching loaf pans. They stack well too! The main reason I love them is because the bread bakes so well in these too!
