Directions:

• In a stand mixer, add all of the ingredients except the flour. Mix well.
• Add the flour and mix until it forms into a ball of dough.
• Knead dough for about 10 minutes  until it is stretchy and smooth. (You want it to pull away from the sides of the mixing bowl and be smooth and elastic).
• Allow to bulk rise until double. about 6 hours or depending on the temperature of your kitchen. The cooler the temperature, the longer it takes to rise… the warmer, the faster. It can be left overnight to rise until morning.
• Line parchment paper onto bread pans and spray with oil.
• Divide the dough into two equal parts.
• Shape dough into ovals to fit on the loaf pan. (I just flatten the dough to get the bubbles out and then shape it with my hands.)
• Rise dough for 2nd time at room temperature, or until doubled.
• Bake at 375 for 45 minutes, or until golden on top.
• Allow bread to cool completely before slicing. Yum!
