The weather is quickly changing from fall to winter and I love a good basic coat that will match anything to throw on when I’m headed out the door on a cold day. The upcoming Utah winter is making me cringe a little bit because when I’m headed to the gym in the morning, the cold bites hard! BUT…let’s look on the bright side like I’ve trained myself to do. We get to buy cute coats. And layers. LOTS of layers.
I had this coat shipped to me this past week because I’ve been looking for a great black coat. I bought an awesome puffy coat about 5 winters ago. Funny story, it was on sale and I convinced literally every single person in my row of cubicles at work to buy one. This was before my blog but looking back, you can see that I’ve always loved sharing a good deal on items that I love! The only problem with this coat is that it is bright purple. I mean, it’s cute, but sometime you don’t want to stand out in bright purple! It doesn’t match my red Hunter boots, for instance. The nice thing about a solid black coat is that it won’t let you down. It goes with everything. It’s a trusty friend.
It’s such a trusty friend to everyone else that it’s already sold out BUT I did a lot of research for you to round up the best coats from Amazon. I love their 2-day shipping (okay fine…impatience might be one of my weaknesses). You need one of these black coats in your life this winter. I think this one is my favorite and it is such high quality for such a great coat!
