This terrible smile cracks me up but it’s the only semi-decent one we got! I was not having a photogenic day lol…
As you guys know, I’ve been trying to lose weight since I had the babies…and I’ve had a lot to lose! I gained 80 pounds with the twins. I lost 50 in the first 2 weeks but I still had 30 pounds of fat to lose! It’s been really, really hard. I’ve told you this before, but I’m not into taking supplements. I think that losing weight needs to be done the hard-working old fashioned way which is cutting calories and exercising so you’re expending more than you’re taking in.
I’m really good at being consistent in working out, but my hardest part has been cutting out the treats. I’m a sugar-lover! I guess that’s why I’m so sweet. I just like to eat a lot of sugar so I maintain my sweet demeanor. Oh…it doesn’t work that way? I’m a sugar love and I always have been and I always will be. I don’t see that changing any time soon. Oops! I love my rock candy and gummies. Yes, I eat candy like a child. Anyway, when I was approached about taking Advantraslim, I was really not interested at all at first. I thought it was a diet pill and I’m really supportive of that because I want to be healthy.
The more I learned about Advantraslim, the more I thought this was something I could use as a tool to help me cut down my calories. It’s natural and it’s safe and the owner of the company has the exact same views about losing weight as I do. I talked with him on the phone about it to make sure before I tried it! Here’s how it works: The function of Advantraslim is to support an individual with taking back the control with respect to limiting calories. You still have to do the work; it’s simply a tool to help you crave less. Advantraslim’s main active ingredient is slendesta (all-natural) which is a potato protein that suppresses the appetite for 3-4 hours to limit snacking between meals. Most hardcore weight loss products fill you up with fiber making you feel bloated and a little sick in addition to adding in all kinds of stimulants to make your heart go faster to “burn” more calories. That is not their aim. Advantraslim helps limit calories by satiating your appetite, not filling you up with fiber. THIS MAKES SO MUCH SENSE TO ME! It truly does work, and I love that there are two versions. The first and original has caffeine in it which I take in the morning. If I took it in the afternoon, I would be up all night. It gives me a great boost to my workout.
I have a code for you to get 40% off their entire site!!! Use code Jenica40 at checkout. YAY! Click here!
There a few options that I would recommend if this is your first time and you need some guidance!
- The Sprint Junior package here includes 2 boxes of Advantraslim, 1 box of caffeine-free Advantraslim and 1 water bottle. If you use my code (Jenica40), the package is only $83.97, reg. $139.95. There is one type of variety pack of the caffeine-free version so they’ll send that automatically and then you can choose the flavors in the other boxes. The citrus pack and the party packs are my favorite.
- You need to fuel your body with some good protein, so do yourself a favor and try the blueberry protein. I’m not kidding, you’ll never need to order another protein again. It’s sweetened with stevia which is all-natural (not aspartame or other gross sweeteners that are bad for you), and it comes in individual packets so it’s easy to travel with!! This is my favorite green smoothie that I drink almost every morning! It literally tastes like I’m sitting on a tropical beach.
My Favorite Green Smoothie:1 packet WMNutrition blueberry protein1 handful of spinach4 frozen strawberries1/4 frozen banana1/2 cup Trop 50 orange juice1/2 cup water
- I have cravings the worst in the afternoons, so the caffeine-free version of Advantraslim is my favorite. I love that I can take it around 3 pm and curb my afternoon cravings while not having to worry about being up at night.
Let me know if you have any questions! I would never recommend anything that I don’t personally use and love. Have a great day, friends!
